The project involves the restoration of a heritage building, transforming it into a viewing tower inspired by traditional architectural elements such as cornices, semicircular arches, and period materials. A cafeteria will be provided for visitors, enhancing their experience of the first tramway in Maharajganj. Additionally, the project supports eco-tourism by rejuvenating the heritage tram at Sohagi Barwa Vanya Jeevan Vihar, promoting sustainable tourism and cultural heritage.
