As workplace culture continues to evolve, the modern office is no longer defined solely by efficiency or functionality; it has become a catalyst for collaboration, innovation, and well-being. Designed by Node Urban Lab, the National Highways Infratrust (NHIT) Commercial Office in Dwarka, New Delhi, embraces this shift by crafting a workplace that is adaptive, people-centric, and deeply responsive to the changing dynamics of professional life.

Spread across approximately 3,000 square metres, the office has been envisioned as a fluid environment where architecture facilitates interaction while respecting the need for focus and flexibility. Rather than adhering to the rigidity of a conventional corporate layout, the design celebrates openness, movement, and choice, allowing the workplace to evolve with its users.

The idea is to wield the space in rustic themes by exposed surfaces and natural  plants. The intent is that every visitor feels the outdoors from inside the restaurant,  this also elevates the overall vibe of the space. There is a much bigger focus on  the emotion involved by the ambience of the space.
